
After 30 years of experience in the catering/restaurant industry, Ray knows what it takes to be a successful caterer. Over the years he has worked up the chain of command in the catering world. Extensive food and beverage experience starting from working as a dishwasher at local Country Club and eventually managing two facilities including 3 banquet rooms and a Restaurant with 200 Seats. In addition to this facility he was the Head Chef of several small 5-star Restaurants and General Manager of a Top Ten Rated Golf Club in the State of Pennsylvania.

During the early employment years Mr. Sowden accomplished many feats.

• Chef for the Chaine de Rotisserie
• Studied under Hospitality Apprenticeship program with Widener University
• Have operated multiple restaurants accommodating 900+ patrons and managed events for up to 2,000 attendees while partnering with overseeing a multitude of activities.
This owner has his hand in every aspect of his restaurant and catering business. I book it, cook it, grill it, set-up, bartend, decorate, clean-up, even do dishes if thats whats needed. He carries on this hands-on attitude to his son Geoffrey and has trained him in all facets of catering. Our ultimate goal is consistent quality of food and service .
